Price is per linear metre. Timbers are not cut to size, they are supplied in random lengths to suit the total linear metreage ordered.
Please ensure that you consult a structural engineer to advise you on the size, quantity and grade of timber for your project.
NB - Deliveries will be on 40ft articulated lorries unless otherwise specified. Please check that your site can accept delivery otherwise there may be extra charges for abortive deliveries. Delivery can be on rigid lorries upon request - if in doubt ask.
Orders for delivery outside the UK, will be delivered to a UK Mainland port.
Please allow a minimum of approximately 10 working days from date of order for delivery.
The delivery will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt.
All deliveries will be dispatched from our manufacturing facilities in Fife, Scotland and all collections should be from:

Deliveries to the following Counties may incur additional charges. Customers are required to call our sales office for confirmation of delivery cost before checking out and making a payment (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, London, Surrey, W.Sussex, E.Sussex, Kent)
Prices
Orders from £0 - £499.99 will cost £250 for articulated lorry delivery.
Orders from £500 - £999.99 will cost £300 for articulated lorry delivery.
Orders from £1000 - £1999.99 will cost £400 for articulated lorry delivery.
Orders from £2000 - £2999.99 will cost £500 for articulated lorry delivery.

Delivery on rigid lorry can be arranged but will cost extra.
Policy
Sips Eco Panels will make every effort to meet pre-arranged dates but any such dates have to be specifically agreed in writing.
Any transport requiring ferry crossings will be charged as an extra over price and will be invoiced once prices have been confirmed. Please ensure that mechanical plant or sufficient man power is provided to unload the delivery
Delivery will be on a 40ft Artic unless advised otherwise, please advise us in advance if site access is difficult as abortive costs for any failed deliveries will be charged to you. No allowance made for any parking permits, local charges (e.g. Congestion Charge) or road closures, which are to be arranged and paid for in advance by the client.
Please ensure a suitable hard access to the site is provided from the adequately surfaced road with provision for a 40ft trailer to turn without risk of damage. The purchaser will be liable to Sips Eco Panels for any loss or damage sustained by the Company, its contractors or agents arising from any failure in the foregoing requirement.
Pre-arranged delivery dates cannot be altered less than 7 days prior to such pre-arranged dates unless expressly agreed by Sips Eco Panels in writing. Sips Eco Panels reserve the right to charge for transport, storage and other consequential costs arising from such alteration.
